Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

Under the guidance of experienced mechanical designers, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to acquire essential design skills, software proficiency, and HVAC industry knowledge.

Collaborative Design:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and technicians, to create innovative and efficient mechanical designs for various customers projects.

Design Documentation:
Assist in creating detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing processes.

Continuous Improvement:
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies, tools, and workflows.

Requirements:

Passion for Mechanical Design:

A strong desire to pursue a career in mechanical design and a genuine interest in learning new concepts and techniques.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or coursework in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools would be advantageous. However, we are willing to train individuals with no prior experience.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex problems, think creatively, and propose effective design solutions.

Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality designs and documentation.

Adaptability:
Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
