I am seeking a visionary Design Architect to transform a preliminary layout into a sophisticated, high-design conceptual package. The project focuses on a modern minimalist aesthetic, utilizing Polished/Ground-Face CMU (concrete block) to achieve a sleek, honed finish rather than a raw industrial look.
