YOUR MISSION

Coordinate the production and updating of technical documentation required for costume reproduction;
Promote and maintain the APTO* standard with his team and shows;
Act as delegated authority in decisions affecting costume integrity, including activities arising from the quality control process;
Responsible for maintaining a strong bond of trust between shows and the studio;
Analyze complaints and coordinate modification activities;
Coordinate costume optimization projects;
Coordinate different departments in the realization of new concepts, wardrobes or any other project: evaluation of mockups, coordination of material choices, fittings, respect of concept integrity, communication with the designer or artistic direction, followup of approvals after deliveries, etc.
Support the Head of Cutting and Sewing in achieving established objectives;
APTO :Artistic, Performance, Technical and Operational

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

DEC in fashion design or theatrical production, or equivalent experience;
Minimum of three to five years' experience in the costume industry;
Experience in coordination;
Team spirit and leadership;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Knowledge of processing materials and techniques; asset
Ability to analyze and synthesize;
Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and to work under pressure;
Ability to adapt to change;
Knowledge of MS Office suite, SharePoint;
Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
