YOUR MISSION

  • Coordinate the production and updating of technical documentation required for costume reproduction;
  • Promote and maintain the APTO* standard with his team and shows;
  • Act as delegated authority in decisions affecting costume integrity, including activities arising from the quality control process;
  • Responsible for maintaining a strong bond of trust between shows and the studio;
  • Analyze complaints and coordinate modification activities;
  • Coordinate costume optimization projects;
  • Coordinate different departments in the realization of new concepts, wardrobes or any other project: evaluation of mockups, coordination of material choices, fittings, respect of concept integrity, communication with the designer or artistic direction, followup of approvals after deliveries, etc.
  • Support the Head of Cutting and Sewing in achieving established objectives;
  • APTO :Artistic, Performance, Technical and Operational

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

  • DEC in fashion design or theatrical production, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in the costume industry;
  • Experience in coordination;
  • Team spirit and leadership;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of processing materials and techniques; asset
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize;
  • Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and to work under pressure;
  • Ability to adapt to change;
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, SharePoint;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
