The Inside Sales position will work to find sales stemming from incoming leads and opportunities.
Inside Sales representatives are resilient, friendly, well-spoken and professional, and able to talk to anyone. They are ready to work closely with other members of the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

They manage the best interest of both the customer and our company by creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process.

They provide effective and timely feedback and support to team members working in the field.


The successful applicant will:


  • Maintain accurate, indepth account databases
  • Inside sales reps will need to be able to speak in a friendly, professional way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Assist Customers with direction on Clarion's ordering and return process utilizing the process, policies and forms available.
  • Follow up on order fulfillment for initial order ensuring complete Customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of all pertinent products that includes consumables and capital systems.
  • Continually build technical knowledge of all Clarion skin health products
  • Understand all Clarion's current sales strategies including CAP, sales discounts, promotional incentives, etc.
  • Provide admin support for projects and initiatives.
  • Postsecondary Degree or Diploma and/or a minimum of 3 years work experience in a customer service/marketing environment is a minimum requirement for the position.
  • This position is fully bilingual, French and English, with ability to conduct business in both languages.
  • Minimum 3 years working in a strong customer care environment.
  • Selling into the Canadian Aesthetic healthcare industry an asset
  • Proactive management of leads and opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic, proactive, positive and solution driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Previous experience communicating and assisting in the development, maintenance and service of accounts.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Strong relationship and excellent customer service skills, coupled with professional time management, organizational, and communications skills.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
  • Ability to work under mínimal supervision and must be able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
