Position Summary:


The Regional Business Manager is responsible for achieving growth and meeting/exceeding sales target KPIs by successfully managing the sales team for all DS business units in their region.


Areas of Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coach regional team on selling the workflow solutions, business of dentistry and help create more synergy.
  • Manage business execution with channel partners in each branch of their area of responsibility, foster longlasting relationships by understanding their aspirations, and partner on local opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal network, and participating in professional societies.
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
