As they are integral to the office, we pay our Dental Concierge $30/hour, to ensure we recruit the highest caliber people to join the Anytime Dental Group team.

About the Role

About our Clinics within Anytime Dental Group

We're a fast growing, newly established company that has nine clinics throughout Ontario, with four additional clinics being built throughout 2024.

In the summer of 2023, we started our journey to build a central support team to help ensure our clinics have the support they deserve.

We believe that we have created never-seen-before dental practices that are undoubtedly committed to our patients, their families and our employees experience.

As oral health is such a priority to us, we provide
free basic dental care and cleanings for our employees and their immediate family.

Your Responsibilities
Below we've listed your formal responsibilities, but other responsibilities may arise.

Coordinate appointments, fill vacancies in the schedule and coordinate schedules for practitioners.
Manage patient inquiries, complete referrals, liaise with other offices in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate recommended treatment plans (for fillings, implants, etc), insurance coverage and resulting outofpocket expenses and/or payment plan.
Bill patients and their insurance companies and maintain accurate patient accounts.
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable from insurance companies and patients.
Maintain patient files, charts, and reports, and enter data into the Electronic Records system.

Experience and Skills Required

Experience in healthcare administration, hospitality or retail is ideal. Previous experience in a high volume location is considered an asset.
Evening and weekend availability is required as our clinics are open 6 to 7 days a week. Monday to Friday until 9pm, Saturday and Sunday until 6pm.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients.
Friendly and calm demeanour.
Thrive working in fastpaced environments.
IPAC certification is not required but considered an asset.

Salary:
$30.00 per hour
