- 2+ years experience operating one or more of the following road construction equipment: Paver, Roller, Skid Steer, Packer, Tractor, Excavator, Dozer, Loader, or Water Truck.
- Willingness to perform labourer duties as required.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Maintains a valid Class 5 driver's license or better.
- Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.
- Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
- Willing to work overtime, as required.
- Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
- Other duties as assigned.
