Here's where you'll be focusing:
- Develop, implement and audit best practices across the national network
- Help RSCs deliver on or better than target for operating budget
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement among the teams, by following the Lean Six Sigma (L6S) method
- Foster critical thinking amongst internal and external teammates, helping deliver innovation through Small i and Large I projects
- Develop a structure and tools for managing projects, intake process and prioritization
- Lead endtoend development and delivery of highquality business solutions, on schedule and on budget
- Influence decision making on new initiatives with multiple leadership levels in Supply Chain
- Have strong operational background to help standup a National Productivity Council involving our RSC Leaders and Management across the country
- Ensure that productivity data is understood by the teams and KPIs established to action improvements
- Lead large, interregional teams in the delivery of small to large projects
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the business organizations.
- Lead Store First initiatives, transitioning to a proactive approach towards improving store satisfaction
- Strengthen our Business Continuity goals through robust contingency plans covering various operation disruptions including labour, weather and systems.
- Support order management centre of excellence and improve overall customer service
- Collaborate with other backstage teams to support projects where required
What you have to offer:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering
- 35 years of directly related experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement roles
- 35 years of experience in Warehouse Management in a Retail/CPG environment
- 5+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex crossfunctional projects, preferably in a supply chain or retail environment.
- Six Sigma Green Belt is required, Black Belt certification is an asset.
