Team Member - TIM HORTON'S

Location:645 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga, ON

**Full Time

- **06:00 AM - 10:00am

An incredible opportunity to bring your expert knowledge and experience to a growing and dynamic company. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers.

As a Store Front Associate within Tim Hortons, you will assist with all store merchandise stocking, serving as well as cashiering when needed.

Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Previous Tim Horton's experience considered an asset, training will be provided
Great teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and self motivated
Detailed oriented and have exceptional time management skills
Must have reliable transportation to/from work
Store maintenance including; sweeping, moping and dusting
Provide exceptional customer service by processing payments made via cash, debit, credit and/or vouchers
Understand and follow all pertinent Food Safety guidelines, procedures and requirements
Create a positive shopping experience by engaging and interacting with customers
Resolve customer complaints
Ability to speak, read and write in English
Perform other duties as required

Educational /Technical Experience:

Valid Food Handler's certificate an asset
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Experience in Retail sales preferred
Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
Strong organization, planning and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, vendors and store management
Health and Safety trained.
Will be required to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$16.55 per hour
