Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Need a strong Sr. QA Lead with the following qualifications –

•10+ years of experience in testing complex AS projects. Develop Test Strategy, Plan and Test Execution for large & complex projects

•Experience with Automates Testing frameworks & tools

•Contact center/IVR knowledge is preferred.

•Ability to work cohesively with testers and developers to produce nothing short of high-quality work in exciting high-profile projects to put quality products to market.

•Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

•Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

•Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

•Experience working in an Agile/Scrum or waterfall development process.

•Demonstrable, practical hands-on experience with using HP ALM

•Experience with writing simple or complex SQL queries for data validation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.

•Proven work experience in software quality assurance testing.

•Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

•Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
