Job Description:

We are hiring for an

Administrative Support Assistant - 13 month term in our Health & Dental Claims department located in Winnipeg, MB.

The

Administrative Support Assistant will use their attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills to run operational jobs that supports various organizational departments. The role is primarily responsible for running reports and is a System Access Request Coordinator.


What you will do:


Reports

  • Produce daily reports for external and internal clients. The report includes deductible reports, lifetime maximum, purged history, and history for new insurance carriers.
  • Produce claims information requested by legal offices for motor vehicle accidents.
  • Schedule jobs and create schedulers daily.

Data Transfer

  • Transfer history data profiles to and from various systems such as Mainframe (BEN) and Tandem.
  • Reconcile error reports related to Pay-Direct Drugs.
  • Update files to ensure correct information is printed on external documentation produced by the claim payment system.

System Access Request Coordinator

  • Submit request to get access or terminate access for group health team members.
  • Ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve access issues with business partners and Service Management team.

What you will bring:


  • Completion of high school or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Mainframe (BEN), TSO, and TOCS is an asset but willing to train.
  • Welldeveloped organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
