Qualifications and Skills Required:
1.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
2.
Ability to perform heavy physical tasks.
3.
Ability to operate building and custodial equipment.
4.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

bargaining unit. The terms and conditions of employment for this position are
