    As our part-time Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, clients, and visitors.
    Your role is vital in fostering a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our family-oriented culture.

    Key Responsibilities: Your main duties will include greeting guests, managing phone calls, providing administrative assistance, cultivating a warm environment, and facilitating team connections.
    Welcoming guests entails greeting all visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive, and offering necessary information or directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
    Handling a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the right team members, and responding to inquiries with warmth and professionalism are essential aspects of managing calls.
    Providing administrative support in various areas as needed.
    Creating a welcoming environment involves maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, offering refreshments to guests, and ensuring their comfort while they wait.
    Lastly, connecting the team requires fostering a sense of community among employees and being the go-to person for office-related questions and concerns.
