  • Excellent mixology skills
- ability to pour beer from draft tab

  • Knowledge of liquor laws and how each cocktail is made
  • Uptodate with new trends in liquor drinks
  • Indepth knowledge of local food and drink trends
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong customer service skills

Duties include:


  • Greeting customers upon their arrival. This includes checking their identification and confirming it is valid in Ontario for drinking age.
  • Making drinks following our madetoorder menu.
  • Maintaining an appropriate level of service. This includes pouring drinks, taking orders, checking identification and answering questions about the food or cocktails.
  • Cleaning bar area(s) according to established cleaning standards (i.e., mopping, wiping down glassware and bar equipment, etc.)
  • Closing up the bar at the end of the evening with cleaning supplies and restocking all bar items as needed. (This may include stocking ice, alcohol, and other bar supplies)
  • Other duties as assigned.

From $16.55 per hour
