    As the Maintenance Technician reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring preventative and unscheduled maintenance tasks run smoothly, alongside environmental, health and safety initiatives, all with the aim of guaranteeing exceptional resident satisfaction through top-notch service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all building mechanical systems
  • Carry out scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks
  • Conduct daily site inspections and document findings
  • Inspect vacant suites and perform necessary activities for new occupants
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the property per QuadReal standards
  • Coordinate trades work when needed and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and emergency procedures
  • Monitor building access and report any safety concerns promptly

    • Experience and Qualifications

  • Preferably two years of related experience
  • High school diploma with additional courses or certifications
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager and Work Order App is advantageous
  • Familiarity with mobile technology
  • Availability for emergency response and on-call duties
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to lift at least 25 kilograms
