**Title:

  • OpenShift Admin****Location:
  • Mississauga, ON (Onsite)**
    Contract Only
**Rate:

  • CAD 85 Per hour on HST & CAD72/Hr on T4****Your future duties and responsibilities:

- *
  • Daytoday activities include the ongoing maintenance and support of several OpenShift clusters supporting dev/test, production, and disaster recovery.
  • Configure OpenShift resources to support ongoing and new development requirements.
  • Support OpenShift patching and upgrades.
  • Periodically perform offhours software installation.
  • Participate in technical meetings with the client's technical specialists.
  • Provide support for downstream testing efforts and defect resolution.
  • Participate in OpenShift platform patching.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- **- Must have the ability to pass and obtain a Public Trust clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with OpenShift 3.x/4.x.
  • Minimum of 3 years of UNIX (preferably LINUX) system administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a cloudbased environment (preferably Azure).
  • Experience with DevOps concepts.
  • Experience with Jenkins and Groovy.
  • Experience with Microservices and containerization (i.e., Docker).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proficient with Oracle and SQL.

  • Experience with Azure cloud products and services.
  • Familiarity with scripting tools, such as Perl.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$80.00-$85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
