tentree is a lifestyle apparel company based out of Vancouver, Canada that plants ten trees for every item purchased.

By combining social and environmental consciousness with apparel, we empower our customers to have a direct impact on saving the planet through intentional purchasing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Marketing Intern to join our Sales and Marketing team for the summer.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to have a true impact on how tentree shows up with our wholesale partners, big or small.

As an intern, you will work with the Sales, Marketing and Brand team to set up our wholesale partners with world-class marketing assets.

What will you be doing?

You will assist with creating a database to support the growth and organization of our 800+ live accounts.
You will support and project manage the audit of our DARE and POP programs to ensure the accuracy of our systems.
You will help with the organization and execution of one of our warehouse and/or sample sales.
You will organize all assets for the asset transfer folder for our accounts.
You will connect with crossfunctional partners and sales representatives to land placement for our programs in small independent stores as well as major accounts.
You will manage timelines, planning, execution, and monitoring of your own projects with support from the Wholesale Marketing Lead.

Additional Details:

Internship Dates: May 1, to August 18, 202
Hours: Fulltime (40 hours per week)
Location: at our office in Vancouver, BC with the ability to work some hours remotely
Wage: $16.00 per hour

Requirements:

You must be available to work from May 1, to August 18, 202
You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing or related field at an accredited college or university
You must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person who is legally able to work in Canada
You must be located in Vancouver, BC
Retail or customer service experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
