    Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist



    The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills. The ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive timelines, be adaptive to change is also a must.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Determine testing strategy plans including the selection of tools needed for an effective outcome

    • Organize large-scale systems integration tests in GUI environments as well as non-GUI environments ensuring execution across various components successfully accomplished through test cases created by this position working with project team members which also includes IT leads providing analysis design development implementation ongoing support. Also completes necessary tasks for organizing final delivery product on schedule time requirements set forward properly assigned individual roles identified areas exceeding expectations all commitments met giving client satisfaction given high level performance results demonstrated throughout entire duration involvement every part from beginning till very end always striving go beyond mere job description duties expected merely performing requisite level required executing those skilled diligently poised readiness situation presenting solutions proactively standing challenges approaching unexpected issues creating more harmony among teams internal stakeholder interactions maintaining continuity flows processes governing center all collaborating translating ideas visions possessing heart collaborative mentorship guiding colleagues sharing knowledge betterment further professional excellence.
