Fire Alarm Technician Helper - Ottawa, Canada - DYNAMIC ELECTRIC AND FIRE PROTECTION INC

Duties:

Assist with the following:

• Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems, install and remove fire extinguishers, test and rack fire hoses, and test emergency lighting testing.
• Test alarm systems to ensure proper functioning and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in alarm system installation or related field preferred.
• Physically able to lift 35lbs.
• Familiarity with power tools and basic hand tools used in the installation process.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
