Location: 88 boul Brunswick, DDO (On-site)


Salary:
$42,000 per year + Year-End Bonus


Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service through live chats and phone calls.
  • Assist customers with checkout processes and resolve any technical issues related to our products.
  • Follow up on shipping and handle various customer service needs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Experience in customer service is mandatory.
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
