Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners
• Oversee the bookings, checkins and checkouts for clients
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Document any issues and report to business owners
• Oversee the schedules of staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front reception area
• Assist groomers as needed

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and independently

Please note that this is a temporary position (16 months), with the possibility to become permanent.
