We are currently looking for a
3PL Warehousing Project Manager to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.





HYBRID WORK MODEL:
Work in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday and Wednesday. Work from home Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.


What You'll Do:


Solutions Design

  • Act as the logistics solutions expert for sales opportunities with a focus on distribution (warehouse and transportation) based solutions.
  • Act as the project leader by facilitating discussions with senior level customer contacts, and, internally, with Sales, Senior Management and functional teams with a focus on developing and delivering innovative services, business solutions, operational designs and value.

Activities during this process include:
Ø Act in a project management lead role with other cross-functional teams.

Ø Analyze trends in customer data.

Identify opportunities to maximize profit, minimize costs, improve service, recommend value-added business solutions and determine areas for improvement and growth.

Ø Evaluate current activity for profitability, efficiency, effectiveness and process design. Make alternate recommendations. Perform strategic supply chain network analysis to develop cost effective solutions that meet the customers' business goals.

Ø Provide strategic analysis on new business opportunities inclusive of distribution, warehousing, transportation, and technology solutions.


Ø Together with Business development, gather business requirements, respond to objections, resolve issues and build relationships in order to progress the opportunity.

Ø Lead the value proposition and solution design discussions with senior level customer contacts.

Present the results of any analysis / solutions to the customer which could include operational / financial impacts, potential savings, improvements, etc.


  • Represent the Director, Solutions Design in management, customer and internal meetings asrequired.

Business and Data Analytics

  • Request and obtain supply chain data from customers (internal and external).
  • Analyze data, check for any errors or inconsistencies, and seek clarification as required.
  • Support with BI related initiatives as it relates to the Business Intelligence team.
  • Provide expert business knowledge in Transportation and Warehouse operations to internal teams to facilitate projects.
  • Other duties and assignments as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • University Degree in Business, Engineering or Statistical Analysis or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain project management and analysis. Transportation and Warehouse experience with a focus in 3PL is required.
  • PMP designation is an asset.
  • Experience dealing with senior level internal and external contacts.
  • Experience in Warehouse Design, Demand Planning, Sales Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Transportation Operations, Supply Chain Network Design.
  • Understanding of Industrial Engineering (IE) fundamentals (process design).
  • Broad understanding of the North American supply chain industry.
  • Advance computer skills required in Excel i.e. charts, formulas, pivot tables, queries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Dedicated commitment to providing superior internal and external customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Analytical, accurate and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and USA as required i.e. up to 15%.
