Job Summary:

P.S, MediaHouse - a marketing and design agency - is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. You will assist with various tasks to help drive sales, promote our brand, and enhance our online presence.


Duties:

- lead our internal social media efforts and ensure regular posts
- design posts in Canva and Adobe software
- create reels for PS and clients
- write captions/content for social media posts
- is on the pulse of social media trends and will advise on trends that would suit our clients.
- help with sales communication regarding our wine lifestyle magazine
- work with advertisers to fulfil their advertising requirements

• Create our internal newsletters write, design and keep track of our subscribers

- keep track of our CRM


Experience:

• Previous marketing experience in an agency setting preferred
• Must be proficient in Canva and other social media apps and programs
• Proficient in Adobe Indesign and Photoshop.
• Proficient in newsletter software (ie. mailchimp.)
• Is creative and can write engaging social media captions
• Experience maintaining a CRM.
• Very personable on the phone
• Able to make cold calls with confidence
• Sales/Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
