So exactly what type of individual are we looking for in a GameTime Social Server/Bartender?

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with fun, service, and providing all guests with a truly authentic, genuine, and simply unforgettable experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow GameTime Social systems and standards for service.
Bartenders need to follow recipes.
Provide personable and efficient service to ensure guest needs are met at all times.
Be confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order.
Seamlessly work with other current staff to balance all responsibilities on a daily basis.
Have the initiative to further develop skills and knowledge.
Previous experience with Silverware POS is an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Ability to work as a team.
Follow specific directions and instructions.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum one year of experience as a bartender in a high to the midvolume restaurant.
Smart Serve certified.
Familiar with industry best practices and standards.

WORK HOURS AND BENEFITS:

Fulltime and parttime positions are available.
Must be able to work weekends, days, and nights.
