Job summary

We are looking for a Receptionist & Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our clients and callers setting the tone for a professional empathetic and organized client experience from the very first interaction. As a Receptionist & Customer Service Representative you will greet clients over the phone manage incoming calls schedule appointments route inquiries to the appropriate team members and provide clear and supportive communication to both new and existing clients This role is essential to ensuring clients feel heard supported and confident in our firm You will play a key role in maintaining organization accuracy and professionalism across all client interactions while supporting the legal team with proper documentation call handling Team Collaboration Coordinate with legal onboarding administrative teams to ensure smooth communication Support overall office workflow by keeping information accurate organized Maintain professionalism discretion when handling sensitive client information Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English Fluent Spanish required conversational English required Experience Minimum 1 year in receptionist customer service call center or administrative roles legal immigration experience is not required Strong Communication Skills Clear professional empathetic verbal communication Customer-Focused Mindset Passion for helping clients providing excellent service Highly Organized Detail-Oriented Accurate note-taking scheduling data entry Reliable Proactive Able to manage follow-ups maintain consistent availability Tech-Savvy Comfortable using call systems scheduling tools case management software Core Values Assessment To ensure alignment with our values applicants will be asked
