Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • The Associate, Commercial Mortgage, will report directly to the Manager II, CAA and assist commercial mortgage underwriting and adjudication by analyzing new and existing loans.
  • Assist underwriters in the preparation and submission of loan committee presentation
  • Coordinate and document Head Office approvals
  • Research market environment in order to adjust the ongoing market changes
  • Perform and coordinate the department's reports, assignments, and projects
  • Other duties as required by Department

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or Finance; or equivalent experience in financial services or a related field


Work Experience Requirements
Previous experience in Credit underwriting and adjudication related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and ensure high quality of work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Language Requirements:


  • Required: English
  • Preferred: Korean

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
