Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- The Associate, Commercial Mortgage, will report directly to the Manager II, CAA and assist commercial mortgage underwriting and adjudication by analyzing new and existing loans.
- Assist underwriters in the preparation and submission of loan committee presentation
- Coordinate and document Head Office approvals
- Research market environment in order to adjust the ongoing market changes
- Perform and coordinate the department's reports, assignments, and projects
- Other duties as required by Department
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or Finance; or equivalent experience in financial services or a related field
Work Experience Requirements
Previous experience in Credit underwriting and adjudication related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and ensure high quality of work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Language Requirements:
- Required: English
- Preferred: Korean
Job Types:

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
