We would like to invite you to become a part of our Technician Team:

Responsibilities:

Installation, service, and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within the specified area in a timely and costeffective manner
Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience
Provide excellent onsite service calls by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products
Hours of work will be 8:00am 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

Demonstrates technical troubleshooting abilities
Proficient technical skills and aptitude
Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues
Must be a team player
PC Application and or Networking fundamentals
Possess a valid driver's license and own a car
Bilingual
Training Available
