This role is for EllisDon Industrial (an EllisDon Company).


You as a Project Manager will be:

Chair project meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues.

Execution, project planning, and resource utilization
Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity.
Working with multiple Superintendents in your respective roles.

Maintain records for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.

Ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.
Review, distribute and update Quality Control procedures.
Contract administration and negotiation with the Owner or its representative.
Monitor and adjust all performance aspects, including schedule, cost, personnel engineering, construction methods, and equipment usage.
Support the preparation and administration of Subcontracts, including periodic audits of performance.
Correspondence with the Owner or its representative including identification and evaluation of changes.

Is this the right role for you?


You have a construction, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering degree or diploma or equivalent combination of technical training and industry memberships.

Minimum 5+ years of experience working in civil, mechanical and/or electrical functions.
Capable of travelling between multiple sites.
Experienced in the management of the projects end to end i.e. scope development, spec development, tendering review, and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.
