Position:
CSR- Data Entry Clerk


Description:


Reporting to the Assistant Office Manager and indirectly to the facility Operations Manager; the CSR- Data Entry Clerk works with other members of the CSR team, shipping clerks, and Operations team.

The incumbent needs to be organized, detail-oriented, and can prioritize and manage time effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Inventory data entry into Company system.
  • Adjust inventory records to reflect product adjustment into Company Inventory Systems.
  • Invoicing in a timely manner
  • Check all entries to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing and maintaining of incoming paper to outgoing vendors
  • Verify customer information on each order when received and entered against company database to confirm all information is correct
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties as receiving, filing, pick slips and scanning Bills of Lading (BOL)

Qualifications:


  • Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of CSR experience/in a similar role is an asset.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English
  • Be able to understand documents, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Team player and collaborates well with others

  • Effective computer and typing skills, including MS Office (especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential

  • Ability to work under limited supervision

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$23.50 per hour
