Grow your career and help grow Intrepid

As a Partnerships Manager with Intrepid, you will play a big part in driving key growth initiatives from Intrepid's current partners (including traditional industry accounts) as well as focusing on the business development of new partnerships You'll be an integral part of our team and will work with our industry partners in contracting, planning, and managing initiatives that drive key growth and brand awareness.


In this position, you'll collaborate across the business, as well as manage your own team, so the ability to build strong relationships and communicate with ease will be an important part of this role It will be your responsibility to empowering your team members, lead by example and provide guidance and support for our Industry Sales Specialists.


This is a fixed-term (13 months) full-time position, based out of our Toronto office on a hybrid basis, at times you will also attend local and national training, meetings, and events where needed, dependent on your account-specific demands.


  • A love of travel is a musthave With it you'll bring:
  • 1+ years in a strategic role with proven experience analyzing and evaluating work and making positive business decisions
  • Time management skills, the ability to manage projects and deliver to timeframes
  • Advanced communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport, listen well and alter communication style to suit the audience
  • Excellent presentation and training skills, you're engaging, professional and always authentic


You will be able to build strong relationships, collaborate, communicate and influence with ease, and with strong business acumen and a drive to succeed will have you excel in this position.
