Beverage Host/Cocktail Server - TEMPORARY 8 MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE COVERAGE

About this Role

What you'll get to DO

Greet and make guests feel comfortable
Promote and maintain a culture of superior guest service
Inform guests of specials and menu changes
Take and deliver food and beverage orders
Help maintain clean service areas
Be knowledgeable of food and beverage offerings and policies
Attend meetings, training, communicate with management and coworkers, follow applicable laws and procedures
Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be Successful

Must be at least 19 years of age or older
Previous customer service experience required
Must be able to successfully complete Responsible Beverage certification
Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Always be mindful about Responsible Beverage practices and have the ability to handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests
Professional attitude and the ability to operate in a fast paced and at times stressful environment
Ability to withstand long periods of time on your feet while carrying a tray of glasses around areas of the casino
