Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.


Duties:


  • Process and post payments to customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all transactions
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy

Experience:


  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Knowledge of Jonas Construction considered an asset
  • Strong math skills with the ability to analyze financial data
  • Proficient in debits and credits and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
