Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Concierge to lead our front-desk team and provide outstanding service to our residents.

The Head Concierge will be the face of our building, embodying our commitment to excellence in resident care. This role involves a high level of interaction with residents, guests, and service providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train, supervise, and manage the concierge team, setting high standards for customer service.
  • Be the primary point of contact for residents, handling requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate with various departments (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to address resident needs and building operations.
  • Manage bookings and oversee the usage of building amenities such as the fitness center, pool, meeting rooms, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers to enhance resident services.
  • Organize and facilitate community events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all building policies and procedures.
  • Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a concierge role, preferably in a luxury hotel or highend residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

$48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
