Overview
TDS is currently seeking a professional, friendly receptionist that will welcome clients and visitors at our downtown office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate destinations.
  • Ensure the 17th floor reception area, meeting rooms, and Northern Lights Lounge are clean and ready to receive visitors.
  • Greet inperson clients and visitors to the office in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Place building and facilities calls for any repairs/housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Provide back up to the Front Office Assistant.
  • Other duties as assigned.


To be successful in this role, you must work effectively in a professional, fast paced environment, have experience in an office or business environment, possess organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, have a strong emphasis on attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, mature attitude and professional and strong work ethic, ability to prioritize, have a mindset for helping others, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
