We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Coordinator
to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marking Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to building and maintaining our brand's reputation. The Brand Marketing Coordinator provides tactical support for the development and execution of marketing campaigns and programs. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is an early step in the brand marketing career path and supports cross-functional campaign teams through close analysis of insights and trends and owning the details within campaigns and communication to ensure seamless execution across the field.

What You Will Do

Develop a thorough understanding of consumer insights as well as product categories knowledge.**:


  • Work closely with merchandise and marketing team to lead the development of in store POP and digital assets related to promotions and campaigns. Including
:

Development and submission of creative marketing briefs for in store POP

:

-
Work with and facilitate cross-functional team meetings and manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across all key stakeholders.

:

-
Work with agency partners, Consumer and Business insights teams to identify, analyze and leverage best practices to optimize upcoming and future campaigns to drive traffic and build basket.

:

-
Responsible for and act as the liaison with internal teams and agencies for review and approval of campaigns; provide feedback to ensure they adhere to brand standards and legal regulations.

:

Work closely with category managers and marketing team to help in supporting the development of marketing campaigns for national/regional promotions, LTO's, First to Markets etc. with tactics to achieve business goals.

Marketing lead for deployment of marketing campaigns and marketing playbooks by developing communication plans for field to ensure flawless execution of signage and understanding of campaigns; includes developing content, presenting, and utilizing internal communication tools to communicate to the field in a timely manner.

Assist and support in all areas of marketing including communication (internal and external), field communication, intranet, website, delivery platforms, public relations, social content, promotional print and digital marketing, events, partnerships, and sponsorships etc.

Assist and help administer all field support programs and tools, such as grand openings, POP Inventory warehouse system etc.

:

Develop a thorough understanding of consumer insights as well as product categories knowledge.

Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Administer budget and invoicing process for the Marketing Team.

:

Responsible for servicing Operations inquiries and issues-resolution.

Provide administrative and planning support to Marketing and Merchandising Team.

Evaluate and provide marketing support to other internal departments, as necessary.

Source and/or research consumer, industry, and competitive trends.

Assist in special projects as required.
