The BC Liquor Distribution Branch Wholesale Operations division is the hub of beverage alcohol distribution in British Columbia.

About this role:


The Vendor Relations Analyst (VRA) is responsible for gathering data, reviewing and revising information and performing analysis related to the current state of the Wholesale business, ongoing improvement opportunities, expanding knowledge of the supply chain and future impacts.

The VRA is responsible for vendor onboarding/registration, the registration of new products executing product distribution guidelines and assisting with documentation and ensuring corporate compliance guidelines are met.

All updates to vendor and product information are updated immediately to ensure real time accuracy for all customers of the Wholesale business.

A criminal record check is required.

Position requirements:


Education and Experience:


  • Degree or diploma in supply chain management, business management, or related field and a minimum of two years of recent, related work experience*.
  • Recent, related work experience must have occurred in the last 5 years and must include:
  • Gathering, execution and maintenance of complex data.
  • Inputting into a database system.
  • Collaborating with a variety of internal and external partners (e.g. marketing, vendors/suppliers, etc.).
  • Experience or training in the liquor supply chain environment.
