Your responsibilities:


  • Dealing with sensitive cases
  • Following up on your pending cases at the end of the day
  • Be patient and efficient
  • Be an ambassador and a team player

What you need:


  • Perfect command of spoken and written English. French an asset for which you will have a bonus
  • Ability to do several tasks at a time
  • Dynamism, diplomacy, and good listening skills
  • Ecommerce experience an asset
Monday to Friday from 8:15 am to 8:30 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:45 am to 4:00 pm.


Salary:
$16.00-$18.50 per hour
