We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our team.


Duties:


  • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage plant budget and expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for inventory management, procurement, and supply chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and reduce costs.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the plant.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations, including production processes, maintenance practices, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the industry.
