Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inhome care to elderly or disabled individuals
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings

Skills:


  • Experience in dementia care and working with seniors
  • Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with nursing home or assisted living environments
  • Ability to provide compassionate and patientcentered care
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in meal preparation and following dietary restrictions
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs

Job Types:

Salary:
$14.00-$18.90 per hour
