Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a plant environment. Forklift equipment operation, and basic maintenance tasks. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply.


Duties:

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery
• Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in oil and gas operations or similar field is preferred
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or small wheelloaders
• Familiarity with logic controllers and basic understanding of mechanical systems
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
