- Supports and drives implementation of customers and ensures compliance to implementation procedures.
- Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up
- Supports and leads local customer implementation projects
- Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities
- Develop and Maintain relationships with all products, sales and back office teams to achieve maximum results.
- Assist Sales / Operations in completion of Standard Operating Procedures for and with customers (face to face meeting where required).
- Establish work rules or SOP's to be used at the Station offices to achieve customer requirements
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, (Excel, Word)
- Good communicative, analytical & administrative skills
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Minimum 3 years in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
