IN THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU WILL:

Supports and drives implementation of customers and ensures compliance to implementation procedures.
Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up
Supports and leads local customer implementation projects
Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities
Develop and Maintain relationships with all products, sales and back office teams to achieve maximum results.
Assist Sales / Operations in completion of Standard Operating Procedures for and with customers (face to face meeting where required).
Establish work rules or SOP's to be used at the Station offices to achieve customer requirements

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, (Excel, Word)
Good communicative, analytical & administrative skills
Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks
Minimum 3 years in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
