Description

Waterdown Manor is looking for a
Resident Care Aide to join their retirement home team. We are currently looking for someone with
rotating weekend availability (7a-7pm), and/or evening availability (3pm-11pm).

RCA's joining the Waterdown Family will:

Provide high-level care to each resident at the home
Communicate with resident's and their families/friends
Support resident's with their daily activities of living as needed
Administer medications to resident's during meal times, after training is received
Report any changes to resident's condition to the Registered Staff on duty
Support resident's with activities/companionship as needed

Qualifications:

High school education (or equivalent)
CPR
First Aid
Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Proof of a negative Tb Skin Test
