Requirements and responsibilities will include:

• Providing all customers with a positive experience and excellent customer service;
• Meeting sales goals and targets;
• Learning about the cannabis products and accessories being sold and, in turn, educating customers;
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and responsibility;
• Ability to adhere to rules and regulations set by the employer and AGCO
• Assisting with inventory management;
• Following company training and observing same (cleaning, security, merchandising, following and implementing AGCO guidelines; cashing out customers, managing inventory including discrepancies);
• Must be at least 19 years old;
• Must be able to work independently and a member of a team;
• Must be able to lift between 5 to 30 LBS;
• Position requires standing;
• Completing tasks as assigned by management.
• Possess a CannSell certificate prior to commencing employment;
• Be experienced in driving of sales;
• 1 to 2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred;
• Cannabis retail experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and
• Flexible availability, weekends and evenings included
