Description
Grandcity Autobody Ltd is an operated collision repair shop serving Vancouver and Richmond areas over 25 years. We are ICBC Car Shop. Now we are looking for an Office Clerk at Vancouver location.

The responsibilities for the office clerk:

  • answer phone calls and assist customers to understand whole claim/repair process, handle appointments, prepare paperwork for customer to drop off and pick up vehicle.
- greet customers friendly and in professional manner as they come in, make sure they are well taken care of.
- handle parts delivery and return
- assisting accounting department / estimating department by creating and closing work orders



Requirement:
- legal to work in Canada
- valid BC driving license
- spoken Cantonese
- working experience in autobody shop is an asset
