Sales Coordinator - Edmonton, Canada - LJ Welding Automation
Description
Would you like to be a part of a team that designs and builds machines used to manufacture rockets for space exploration, automated fabrication of wind towers, or robotic welding of MRI scanners across North America and other countries around the globe?As Sales Coordinator you will
- Input sales orders into our system accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate all actions after order placement (including payment terms, credit card payments, handoff to logistics, assisting with gathering key details required to fill orders, and interacting with customers as needed to gather missing information)
- Assist Operations Manager with weekly updates from production and update the sales team and customers as required.
- Serve as the conduit between sales and fulfillment.
- Train and assist the sales team and other stakeholders on any sales systems, inventory management, processes, procedures, and customer follow up.
- Track sales data by monitoring and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Design and administer customer surveys; analyzing data and providing insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure that sales data is accurate and that customer inquiries are handled effectively.
- Assist with and coordinate marketing events.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator, support specialist or administrator with an industrial OEM manufacture.
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with the emphasis on strong computer skills
- An indepth understanding of modern sales practices and principles
