We are a full service high end design build company in Oakville, specializing in residential large scale renovations and additions.

We are looking for a construction lead for our team that is very experienced in all aspects of residential renovations and has the desire to teach and lead others while on site.

We are a team-oriented group that fosters excellent client relationships, high quality results, and a safe & positive working environment.

• Previous experience in home renovations. A well rounded knowledge of all trades to either execute, lead others or oversee subtrade work.
• Highestquality standards for your work and pride in the quality, execution and cleanliness
• Organizational skills and ability to be a part of scheduling, material take offs, site organization, labour budgets within an existing structure.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
• Knowledge of high end materials and finishing standards
• Self Directed. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and direct others.
• Ability to oversee our teammates work and guide/direct for desired vision and quality.
• All tools and transportation required to complete all tasks associated to renovation with exception of specialty equipment that will be provided on a job to job basis.

• Professional and positive attitude
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Able to work in Oakville and surrounding areas (30km radius)
