Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team.As a Service Advisor you will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.
You will estimate the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs,
welcome customers and discuss their needs,
answer customer inquiries either in person or on the phone,
develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials supplies and labor into consideration,
