Recreate PDF Exactly in Swift Publisher 5

Job summary
I'm looking for a detail-oriented designer to recreate an existing PDF document in Swift Publisher 5 (Mac). This is not a redesign project. I simply need someone to: copy all text layout tables and formatting from an existing PDF rebuild it in Swift Publisher 5 match the layout as closely as possible maintain spacing sizing alignment and visual structure keep fonts and formatting consistent with the original PDf no content changes are required no creative input is needed this is purely a formatting rebuild task The goal is to have fully editable file that mirrors original pdf as closely as possibleJob description
