SEES Inc.is a Heavy Equipment repair facility looking for a qualified technicians to meet the increasing demand for heavy equipment repair and maintenance in our shop, along with excessive amount of small engine repairs.
SEES is currently looking for Journeyman/Women Small Engine Technicians.Responsibilities:
- Assembly, predelivery, inspection, maintenance, repair and restoration of ATV/UTV's and other powersport allterrain vehicles.
- Diagnose problems and locate failures with the electrical system, engine, powertrain, suspension or frame by inspecting the vehicle, listening to it operate and using testing equipment.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair or replace mechanical and electrical system parts and components.
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and adjusting the carburetor, adjusting the clutch, brakes and drive chain, and replacing worn parts.
- Know how to rebuild or replace parts.
- Perform Inspections and diagnostics self directed in a timely manner.
- Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and any other required paperwork;
- Read and interpret owner, operator, and manufacturer operating manuals and service specifications to complete job tasks;
- Test diagnose, and repair equipment
- Clean, lubricate and perform routine repairs;
- Adjust, overhaul, undercarriage overhaul, engines, transmissions, clutches, rear ends, differentials, brakes, drive shafts, axels, and other assemblies
- Test equipment to ensure proper performance;
- Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, reduce turnaround times and streamline work processes;
- Complete all duties in accordance with company health and safety regulations.
- Observe or monitor objects to determine compliance with prescribed operating or safety standards;
Requirements:
- Experience with maintenance welding is an asset;
- Must own set of well equipped tools
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various job tasks;
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner;
- Time management skills;
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in repair/maintenance of heavy equipment or related machinery;
- Good command of the English language (written & spoken).
- Strong attention to detail;
- Decision making, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Must have a valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and reliable form of transportation;
- Willing to work overtime when needed

$33.00-$38.00 per hour
