For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.
responsibilities:
Lead a team and delegate accordingly
Assist director in negotiations of Audio and Video deals
Train buyers and supervisors through strong expertise and best-in-class approaches
Contribute to media plans
Collaborate on new business pitches
Manage agency and supplier relationships
Negotiate, execute and liaise with clients and vendors on sponsorships and integrations
Write and present pre and post-buy documents, POV's and industry updates.
Maintain accuracy and control of client budgets
Take on large scale TV, Video, Radio and Audio buys from end to end
qualifications:
5+ years' media buying experience in an agency with a focus on Video and Audio (Traditional and Digital) channels
Extensive experience in formal presentations, and feeling comfortable interacting with senior-level clients on a daily basis.
Strong strategic and negotiation skills
Strong management and people/team management skills
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, Google suite
Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
Fluency in all syndicated media tools to source data including Numeris, Lens, CMR, Prisma, and Comscore
A proficiency with social platforms such as FB/IG, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit is an added bonus
Attention to detail and operational excellence
Ability to work both independently on key tasks and collaboratively with other teams in the agency on larger projects
